PHOTO RELEASE AND WAIVER OF PUBLICITY

I hereby give permission for images of me or my child, captured through video and photo to be used solely for the purposes of Bellinghome School of Music’s social media channels, promotional material, and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto. I release and discharge Bellinghome School of Music from any liability in connection with such use.

I have read, or have had read to me, and understand this document, and I am familiar with its contents. No oral representations, statements or inducements have been made to me by any Bellinghome School of Music Parties. This document will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of Washington and is intended to be as broad and inclusive as possible. If any portion is held invalid, the remainder will continue in full legal force and effect.
